Even Shires, aka ‘gentle giants’, can be difficult to handle from time to time. If you are having trouble with your horse, whether it be loading on a float, leading or picking up feet, rest assured you are not alone, and Byron can probably help you out.
Plaiting up a Shire or a Clydesdale can look very tricky when you only see the finished product. Ineke is Australia’s most experienced Shire plaiter and also excels at plaiting Clydesdales. She is able to give you one-on-one lessons in plaiting manes and tails, as well as help you out with equipment and ribbons, along with some insider tips.
For those who are keen on showing their Shire, there are many complexities that can be difficult to get to grips with. Ineke can give advice on the full range of tools, products and processes to get your horse to optimum show presentation.
