Remarkable is out of Libby by Speculator. He is a cracking colt, and like his mum, and his dad, black with four white socks. We were planning on keeping him as a future stud stallion, but reluctantly parted with him to Bucca Valley Shires. Kate, we hope he serves you well!

Risk is the most adorable foal (out of Sophie and by Speculator), who had a very rough start, born premature and mal-presented. Having been nursed for his first few weeks of life, he is extremely fond of people, and follows you around the paddock like a puppy. He has already found a new home with a family who are keen to ride and show him.

Sunny is out of Rhiannon by Speculator. He is one of the biggest foals we have bred and will grow into a magnificent horse. Even at a young age he showed great presence and action and should make a great harness horse.

Lucy was the only filly we had in 2009 and is a real lady, often refusing to play with the colts, finding them too rough. We showed her as a foal in 2010 with great success, winning Champion at Sydney Royal. Lucy has gone to a new home with Shire breeders Darren Somerville and Anne Coull (the owners of Ingleside Might’n’Power) who are keen to show her and use her as a brood mare.

Ingleside Felicity

Felicity is a lovely mare and was a successful show horse in her youth. She has gone on to be a wonderful broodmare – the mother of Ingleside Symphony – and is now breeding beautiful foals for Deb Buckland of Viewfield Shires in Tasmania.

Ingleside Comet

Comet is a cracking black colt with four white socks. He found a new home and went to Sugarloaf Shires’s at weaning.

Ingleside Fleur-de-lys

Out of Ebony and by Longcopy Helvetica Black, Fleur is a beautiful filly, black with four whites. She is now at her new home at Sugarloaf Shires.

Ingleside Bright Spark

Bright Spark has grown into a big, high quality gelding. Out of the prize-winning Clydesdale Myrtle Park Julia and by Speculator, he is the type of horse you would expect from such a mating. He has been Champion Shire at Brisbane Royal, exhibited by his new owners Kelvin and Pam Smith in Queensland.

Elouise is another Elizabeth daughter who is now a broodmare at Sugarloaf Shire Stud.

Ingleside Elsa

Elsa is turning out to be wonderful show horse, winning multiple championships at a range of shows.  She is now owned by Sugarloaf Shire Stud.

Ingleside Flash Dance

Flash has had great success in the show ring, twice winning champion gelding at Sydney Royal.  He is now owned by Sugarloaf Shires and is in training to be part of their brewery team.

Ingleside Matilda

Tilly was the first Shire we bred out of our foundation mare Wishful Pearl.  We sold her to our good friends Kathryn McKay and Greg Hosa to be their foundation mare, and she twice won Champion Shire at Sydney Royal for them.  She happily lived out her retirement with Kathryn and Greg’s son Damon in Queensland.

Ingleside Elise

Elise grew into a beautiful mare, and was owned by Marty Hayward of Grandshire stud.  Sadly she died at a young age of colic.

Ingleside Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is another lovely mare from one of our most successful lines. She has bred several foals and is now living Shandell Park Shires.

Another lovely gelding out of our most successful show line, he has also gone to Sugarloaf Shire Stud to be part of their team and is a successful show horse.

Darcy is a black gelding with four whites, also now at Sugarloaf Shire Horse Stud.

Ingleside Strider

Strider has grown into a really big gelding like his brother Bright Spark.  Now owned by Samantha Leighton, he was broken in by Byron to ride and drive and Sam enjoys taking him to shows.  He is also often seen at SHSA events as our demonstration horse.
